4 inches piece kombu seaweed .
5 c water .
5 dried shiitake mushrooms
Directions
Step #1 Wipe kombu with a damp cloth.

Step #3 Bring to a boil.
Step #4 Remove from heat Let steep for 1/2 hr.
Step #5 Strain & put in the fridge for up to 5 days.
