Ingredients
  • 500 ml boiling water .
  • 2 earl gray tea bags .
  • 500 ml orange juice (preferably with bits) .
  • 500 ml tart lemonade (I use slimline) .
  • 5 mint sprigs (to garnish) (optional)

Directions
  • Step #1 Stew the tea bags in the boiling water.
  • Step #2 I only stew them for a min or so as I don't like my tea too strong, but you can stew them to taste.
  • Step #3 Leave to cool.
  • Step #4 Add the orange juice.
  • Step #5 Add the bitter lemon (it will fizz up a lot initially & this pretty much knocks all the fizz out of it leaving you with a fizz-free iced tea).
  • Step #6 Add the mint sprigs (if you can be bothered) & lots of ice.
