Step #1 To a food processor/blender add the water & almonds to make almond milk.
Step #2 Add the oat groats & spelt berries, process until mixture is thick, add more water if needed.
Step #3 In a large bowl mix the soy flour & liquid, make into a dough round.
Step #4 Adding more flour as needed -- knead the dough about 3 mins.
Step #5 Make a ball of dough in your hand, place it on a piece of wax paper, place another piece of wax paper on top, use a rolling pen to flatten it out into a round.
Step #6 Continue until you have all the tortillas between wax paper.
Step #7 Now you can freeze them.
Step #8 To use -- while frozen peel off the wax paper, place this in an oiled fry pan with medium heat.
Step #9 Turn once--you can place your toppings on right in the pan if you wish.
