Ingredients
  • 2 c boiling water .
  • You will Need .
  • 6 oz canned asparagus (reserve the juice) .
  • 1 1/3 c mayonnaise .
  • 1 (6 oz) cream cheese, softened .
  • 1 c almonds .
  • 2 tsps almond extract .
  • 7 oz lemon Jell-O gelatin

Directions
  • Step #1 Whip juice into cream cheese.
  • Step #2 add mayo & WELL mashed asparagus.
  • Step #3 Set aside.
  • Step #4 Dissolve jello in boiling water & cool.
  • Step #5 When cool mix with other indgredients.
  • Step #6 Add almond extract & almonds.
  • Step #7 Pour into 9x13 pan & put in the fridge until firm.
  • Step #8 Cut into squares.
