Hot Pepper Peach Preserves Cheeseball Recipe

Ingredients
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened .
  • 1 tbsp onions, minced .
  • 4 oz monterey jack cheese, shredded .
  • 1 tbsp jalapenos, minced .
  • 1/3 c hot pepper peach jelly (Robert Rothchild Farm brand is awesome)

Directions
  • Step #1 Combine cream cheese, preserves, onion & jalapeno together until creamy.
  • Step #2 Chill for 1 hr.
  • Step #3 Roll into a ball & cover with Monterey Jack Cheese.
  • Step #4 Place on decorative plate & serve this with assorted crackers.
