Hot Pepper Peach Preserves Cheeseball Recipe

Ingredients

16 oz cream cheese, softened .
1 tbsp onions, minced .
4 oz monterey jack cheese, shredded .
1 tbsp jalapenos, minced .
1/3 c hot pepper peach jelly (Robert Rothchild Farm brand is awesome)

Directions

Step #1 Combine cream cheese, preserves, onion & jalapeno together until creamy.
Step #2 Chill for 1 hr.
Step #3 Roll into a ball & cover with Monterey Jack Cheese.
Step #4 Place on decorative plate & serve this with assorted crackers.
