Chicken Chardonnay Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 tsp salt .
  • 4 boneless chicken breasts .
  • 1/2 tsp sage .
  • for chicken batter .
  • 4 pressed garlic cloves .
  • 5 tbsps butter .
  • 1/4 tsp pepper .
  • 2 c white wine (i prefer a good chardonnay) .
  • for sauce .
  • 1 c Swanson chicken broth .
  • 1/2 tsp thyme .
  • 1/4 tsp salt .
  • 1 c flour

Directions
  • Step #1 Cut up all Chicken Breasts into bite sized cubes.
  • Step #2 melt 3 tbsps of the butter In a large-ish skillet.
  • Step #3 mix together the flour & the salt & pepper meant for the batter.
  • Step #4 Carefully coat all chicken cubes & brown in skillet.
  • Step #5 Remove & place this in a shallow dish & cover (this keeps juices in).
  • Step #6 melt down the rest of the butter.
  • Step #7 mix in garlic, & all spices.
  • Step #8 add chicken back into the mix & coat throughly.
  • Step #9 Add in White wine, allow to come to a boil for 5-7 min.
  • Step #10 after the wine has cooked down, add in chicken broth, bring to a boil & then simmer for an extra 5-7 min.
  • Step #11 I reccomend serving this over pasta.
  • Step #12 Very tasty.
