Cream Cheese, Garlic, And Chive Stuffed Chicken Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, butterflied
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsps butter, melted
  • 2 tbsps dried chives

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Step #2 In a bowl, chives, mix the cream cheese, & garlic.
  • Step #3 Divide the mixture into 4 balls.
  • Step #4 Place 1 cream cheese ball in the center of each butterflied chicken breast half.
  • Step #5 Fold the chicken over the cream cheese, wrap with a slice of turkey bacon, & secure with toothpicks.
  • Step #6 Arrange the chicken in a baking dish.
  • Step #7 Pour the butter over the chicken.
  • Step #8 Bake 30 mins in the preheated oven, or until the bacon is crisp & the chicken is no longer pink & juices run clear.
