Step #1 Whisk together eggs, milk, sugar, & salt until smooth.
Step #2 Whisk in flour until incorporated, then set mixture aside & let this stand for 30 mins.
Step #3 Preheat oven to 500 degrees F (260 degrees C).
Step #4 Place butter into a 9x13 inch glass baking dish, & place this into the preheated oven until it melts, then brush it all over the insides of the hot dish.
Step #5 Pour batter into hot baking dish & bake in preheated oven for 15 mins.
Step #6 Sprinkle top with lemon juice, top this with berries, & dust with confectioner's sugar; serve as soon as possible with whipped cream.
