Step #1 Cook the pasta according to the manufacturers instructions.
Step #2 Time the cooking of your pasta so that it is ready at the same time as your sauce.
Step #3 Fry the onions, garlic & zucchini in a little olive oil over a high heat.
Step #4 Once the zucchini is softened & the garlic has begun to colour, add the wine, then the cream.
Step #5 Simmer for 30 seconds, then add the goats' cheese & pine nuts, then season this with salt & pepper.
Step #6 Toss in the pasta & basil leaves & serve this with grated parmesan.
