Chicken Cheese Fish Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 c shredded Swiss cheese
  • 2 c heavy whipping cream
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 2 c crumbled feta
  • 4 (3 oz) cans tuna packed in olive oil
  • 1 c shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 lbs skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 2 c ricotta cheese
  • 4 c shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 3 c Italian seasoned bread crumbs
  • 2 (16 oz) cans pink salmon, drained
  • 2 tbsps butter, cut into small pieces

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Step #2 Line the bottom of a large baking dish with the chicken breasts.
  • Step #3 Scatter Cheddar & Swiss cheese over top.
  • Step #4 Flake the tuna & salmon & layer evenly over the cheese.
  • Step #5 Mix whipping cream with the 4 beaten eggs in a bowl; pour over top of the dish.
  • Step #6 Mix the feta, mozzarella & ricotta cheeses in a bowl; spread over the fish.
  • Step #7 Mix the cream cheese, 2 beaten eggs, & bread crumbs in a bowl; spread evenly over top of the cheese.
  • Step #8 Evenly arrange small pieces of butter over entire dish.
  • Step #9 Cover with aluminum foil.
  • Step #10 Bake in preheated oven for 1 1/2 hrs, or until heated through & golden brown on top.
