Step #1 Wash fish filets & pat dry.
Step #2 Lay filets in a 9x13" baking dish.
Step #3 Set aside.
Step #4 Put Ritz crackers in a gallon size baggie & crush the crackers to a fine crumble.
Step #5 Add butter to the Ritz & mix well.
Step #6 Spread the Ritz mix over the top of all the filets.
Step #7 Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 mins (depending on the thickness of your fish).
Step #8 Test doneness by sticking a fork in the fish & twisting.
Step #9 The fish should be flakey & the Ritz crackers should be nicely browned.
Step #10 Serve as soon as possible.
