Low Fat Breakfast Wraps Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 tsps fat free cream cheese .
  • 4 (6 inch) low-fat flour tortillas .
  • 4 slices turkey bacon .
  • 3 tbsps salsa .
  • 1 c Egg Beaters cheese & chive egg substitute

Directions
  • Step #1 Place bacon on paper towel on top of paper plate.
  • Step #2 Cover up with another papertowel & cook on high 2 mins.
  • Step #3 Flip bacon over & cook 30 sec to 1 min more or till crispy.
  • Step #4 Scramble egg substitute in a non-stick pan coated with cooking spray.
  • Step #5 Once egg substitute is fluffy add in salsa & warm through.
  • Step #6 Spread each tortilla with 1 t.
  • Step #7 cream cheese, fill with 1/4 of egg mixture & one slice bacon.
  • Step #8 Wrap up & serve.
