Non-dairy (pareve) Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients

1 tsp vanilla .
3/4 c sugar .
1 (12 oz) container tofutti sour cream (non-dairy) .
2 eggs, beaten .
1 graham cracker pie crust .
1 tbsp lemon juice .
2 (16 oz) containers soy cream cheese (Toffuti brand)

Directions

Step #1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step #2 Put everything in a saucepan & cook over low heat/flame, stirring constantly, for 5 mins.
Step #3 Will get thick & gloppy.
Step #4 Pour into graham cracker crust & bake for half an hr.
Step #5 Can top this with swirls of non-dairy chocolate syrup, cherry pie filling, or a topping of your choice.
