Ingredients
  • salt .
  • 8 oz sirloin steaks, tips cut into 1-inch squares .
  • 1/2 c ranch dressing .
  • 1 vidalia onions, thinly sliced .
  • 8 c mixed greens .
  • pepper .
  • 1/4 c oil .
  • 1 large beefsteak tomato, cut in wedges .
  • 20 large shrimp, peeled & deveined .
  • 1 large bell pepper, any color, cut into strips

Directions
  • Step #1 Toss steak tips with 2 Tbs oil & thread onto skewers.
  • Step #2 Toss shrimp with 2 Tbs oil & thread onto separate skewers from the beef.
  • Step #3 Discard any excess oil.
  • Step #4 Sprinkle top skewers lightly with salt & pepper.
  • Step #5 Grill beef to your desired doneness.
  • Step #6 Grill shrimp until opaque (about 3 mins, turning once).
  • Step #7 Place greens in a serving dish or on individual plates.
  • Step #8 Toss beef & shrimp with vegetables & place on the bed of greens.
  • Step #9 Drizzle ranch dressing over the top.
