Crispy Salmon Steaks Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 tsp salt .
  • 6 parsley sprigs .
  • 1 c saltines, crushed .
  • 6 lemon wedges .
  • 1 c potato chips, crushed .
  • 6 (6-8 oz) salmon steaks, 3/4 inches thick .
  • 1/2 c butter or margarine, melted .
  • 1/8 tsp paprika or smoked paprika

Directions
  • Step #1 Combine butter, salt, & paprika.
  • Step #2 Wipe steaks with damp cloth.
  • Step #3 Dip each into butter mixture; then rolled in mixd saltines & potato chips.
  • Step #4 Arrange steaks on a lightly greased broiler rack in broiler pan.
  • Step #5 Broil, 6 inches from heat, about 5 min.
  • Step #6 Turn; broil 5-8 min, or until fish flakes easily with fork.
  • Step #7 Serve each steak with wedge of lemon & a parsley sprig.
