Ingredients
  • 1 oz chocolate liqueur (Godiva) .
  • 1 tsp chocolate, flakes (garnish) (optional) .
  • 1 oz coffee liqueur (Kahlua) .
  • whipping cream (garnish) .
  • 1 oz cinnamon schnapps (Red Hot) .
  • 1 c strong coffee .
  • 1 1/2 oz half-and-half cream .
  • 2 tsps white fine sugar (rimming & garnish)

Directions
  • Step #1 Make 1 c of strong coffee, keep warm.
  • Step #2 In a small pot add half & half cream with chocolate & coffee liquers.
  • Step #3 Heat on low about 3 mins, whisking constantly to mix flavours.
  • Step #4 Pour cinnamon liquer & white sugar onto small plates (1 each).
  • Step #5 Rim your glass first in cinnamon liquer & then dip your glass into the white sugar to coat rim evenly.
  • Step #6 Reserving any left over liquer & sugar for garnishing.
  • Step #7 Add warm liquer mixture to coffee & stir.
  • Step #8 Pour the coffee & liquer mixture into the prepared glass & top this with whipped cream.
  • Step #9 Slowly drizzle the reserved cinnamon liquer over the whipped cream & then sprinkle with sugar & chocolate flakes.
