Step #1 Coat 1 side of flour tortilla with butter (me, I used the spray butter & it worked really well).
Step #2 Sprinkle top the butter with garlic powder to taste.
Step #3 Flip tortilla butter side down in a skillet.
Step #4 Place 1 tbsp spaghetti sauce in the center & spread it evenly across the surface of the tortilla, keeping 1 1/2 or 2 inches from the edge (this keeps the mess down when it's time to flip the tortilla over).
Step #5 Cover up spaghetti sauce with mozzarella.
Step #6 Sprinkle top with Italian seasoning, to taste.
Step #7 Fold tortilla in half & brown, flipping every once in awhile, until mozzarella is melted.
