Ingredients

1 (5 lb) bag ice .
2/3 c sweetened condensed milk .
1 c Homemade Gourmet Vanilla Vibe Sweet Pantry Staple mix (or chocolate, chocolate mochoa) .
2 1/2 c whole milk (no substitute) .
1 (4 lb) box rock salt

Directions

Step #1 Tools needed:.
Step #2 1 1-quart zip top freezer bag.
Step #3 1 1-gallon zip top freezer bag.
Step #4 towels.
Step #5 mittens or gloves.
Step #6 1.
Step #7 In large bowl, mix sweet pantry mix with milk; stir until well mixed.
Step #8 Add condensed milk; stir until completely.
Step #9 dissolved.
Step #10 Pour mixture in 1-quart zip top bag; seal tightly.

Step #12 Fill the 1-gallon zip top bag with ice about 1/3 full, add 1/8 c rock salt, add the sealed quart bag of ice cream.

Step #14 more ice & rock salt, leaving enough room to close the bag; seal tightly.

Step #16 Wrap towels around bag & with gloved hands, shake the bag for 10 mins.

Step #18 Ice cream will be soft; lay bag on flat surface for 30 mins until ice cream is firm.
