Lemon Shrimp Pasta Salad Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 tsp dried oregano leaves .
  • 1 lb fresh asparagus spears, cut into 2-inch lengths .
  • 1 c halved cherry tomatoes .
  • 1 c kraft light zesty reduced-fat Italian salad dressing .
  • 1 tsp grated lemon peel .
  • 1 lb cooked large shrimp (20 to 25 count) .
  • 3 c bow tie pasta, uncooked

Directions
  • Step #1 COOK pasta as directed on package, adding asparagus to the cooking water for the last 3 min of the pasta cooking time; drain.
  • Step #2 Rinse with cold water; drain well.
  • Step #3 MEANWHILE, mix dressing, oregano & lemon peel.
  • Step #4 PLACE pasta mixture in large bowl.
  • Step #5 Add dressing mixture, shrimp, tomatoes & cheese; mix lightly.
  • Step #6 Serve as soon as possible.
  • Step #7 Or, cover & put in the fridge until ready to serve.
