Step #1 Note: You will need a large deep sauce pan.
Step #2 Recipe makes ample amount of food.
Step #3 1.
Step #4 Prepare rice according to package instructions.
Step #5 Long-grain rice will take about 20 mins all together including boil time for water.
Step #6 2.
Step #7 While rice is cooking, ground cumin, brown turkey & add chili seasoning, salt, & sliced onions.
Step #8 Simmer for 10 mins Simmer w/o lid to allow any water to simmer away.
Step #9 3.
Step #10 Drain cans of corn, beans, & tomatoes.
Step #11 Add corn, beans, & tomatoes to ground turkey.
Step #12 Simmer for another 10 mins Simmer w/o lid to allow any water to simmer away.
Step #13 4.
Step #14 Serve on bed of rice.
Step #15 Note: Ground turkey can be substituted with ground beef, or venison (deer) even.
