Step #1 Rinse & pat dry chicken breasts with paper towels.
Step #2 Pour sesame oil onto a deep plate or into a shallow bowl & dredge chicken breast so both sides are coated with oil.
Step #3 Place chicken on the unheated rack of a broiler pan, sprinkle with pepper & broil 4-5 inches from heat for about 5 mins or until meat is cooked through & no longer pink.
Step #4 Meanwhile, in a medium saucepan, lemon juice, lemon zest, sesame seed, scallions, mix chicken broth, & cornstarch.
Step #5 Cook & stir over low-medium heat until sauce becomes thickened & bubbly & transparent, then cook for 1 min more.
Step #6 Pour sauce over chicken & serve as soon as possible.
Step #7 (If serving over rice, place chicken over rice before topping with sauce).
