Sausage Breakfast Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
  • salt & pepper .
  • 4 eggs, beaten .
  • 1 c cheddar cheese .
  • 1 c mozzarella cheese .
  • 1 1/2 lbs pork sausage .
  • 1 (8 oz) package crescent rolls .
  • 3/4 c milk

Directions
  • Step #1 Lightly grease a 9x13 inch pan.
  • Step #2 Press cresent rolls in bottom of pan.
  • Step #3 Bake at 425F degrees for 8 mins.
  • Step #4 Brown sausage on med heat, drain & crumble.
  • Step #5 Combine sausage, eggs, milk, cheese & salt & pepper.
  • Step #6 Pour over cresent rolls.
  • Step #7 Bake at 425F degrees for 15-20 mins.
