2 large potatoes, peeled & sliced (We have subbed canned potatoes with success if we needed to cut down on cooking time.) .
2 (10 1/2 oz) soup cans milk
Directions
Step #1 Dice & prep all ingredients as listed.
Step #2 Cook celery, potatoes, & onion in enough water to cover In a large-ish saucepan until tender.
Step #3 Add remaining ingredients & mix well.
Step #4 Heat to serving temperature, stirring frequently.
Step #5 Do not boil.
Step #6 (For a group cooking session, pass the pot around, assign each person an ingredient, & each person adds their ingredient & stirs it into the pot.
