Corn And Potato Soup Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 (16 oz) can whole kernel corn .
  • 1 medium onion, sliced .
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz) can cream of mushroom soup .
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz) can cream of chicken soup .
  • 2 stalks celery, sliced .
  • 2 large potatoes, peeled & sliced (We have subbed canned potatoes with success if we needed to cut down on cooking time.) .
  • 2 (10 1/2 oz) soup cans milk

Directions
  • Step #1 Dice & prep all ingredients as listed.
  • Step #2 Cook celery, potatoes, & onion in enough water to cover In a large-ish saucepan until tender.
  • Step #3 Add remaining ingredients & mix well.
  • Step #4 Heat to serving temperature, stirring frequently.
  • Step #5 Do not boil.
  • Step #6 (For a group cooking session, pass the pot around, assign each person an ingredient, & each person adds their ingredient & stirs it into the pot.
