Step #1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step #2 In a skillet over med-heat/flame brown meat, stirring to crumble.
Step #3 Stir in onion powder or sliced onion, tomato sauce, basil, garlic & Italian seasoning.
Step #4 Add vegetables (mushrooms, peppers, black olives, etc.
Step #5 ) & pepperoni.
Step #6 Add quartered biscuits; stir carefully until biscuits are covered with sauce.
Step #7 Spoon mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish coated with cooking spray.
Step #8 Bake for 25 mins.
Step #9 Sprinkle top with cheese, & bake an extra 10 mins or until biscuits are done.
Step #10 Let stand 5 mins before serving.
