Creole Rub For Beef Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 c minced onions or grated onions .
  • 1/4 c cajun seasoning .
  • 1 c creole mustard .
  • 1 1/2 tbsps hot sauce .
  • 2 tbsps minced garlic

Directions
  • Step #1 Combine all ingredients in a jar & chill until ready to use.
  • Step #2 To use, liberally rub the paste on beef & either cook or chill/marinade for up to five hrs.
