1 c frozen strawberries (OR mixed berries or raspberries) .
1 tsp pure vanilla extract .
1/2 c yogurt (any variety, OR 1/2 c milk) .
8 ice cubes (more if they're small) .
1 c frozen peaches (OR frozen mango or pineapples) .
1/2 c apple juice, cold (OR any juice in your fridge)
Directions
Step #1 Blend everything except cubes in a mixer.
Step #2 Add the cubes & mix until smooth.
Step #3 Fill a travel mug with your smoothie & stash the rest for your after work/school snack!
**If you like your smoothie sweeter, add a squeeze of honey.
