Step #1 Position rack in the middle of oven & preheat your trusty oven to 375°F
In a mediium bowl, cream of tartar, sift together the flour, baking soda & salt, & set aside.
Step #2 In a large bowl, cream together the butter & sugar until smooth.
Step #3 Add the wattleseed & stir this to mix.
Step #4 Add the egg, lime zest & lime juice, & stir this to mix.
Step #5 Fold in the flour mixture until just incorporated.
Step #6 Add the oats & coconut, & stir until well mixd.
Step #7 Drop cookies, on an ungreased cookie sheet 2 inches apart & bake this until the edges are golden, 1-1/2 to 2 tbsps each, 8 to 10 mins.
Step #8 Transfer to a wire rack & cool completely.
