Step #5 Break up tomatoes with the back of a spoon.
Step #6 Add oregano, parsley, & basil to the sauce.
Step #7 Simmer sauce uncovered for about an hr & a half, or until thick.
Step #8 Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step #9 Grease the bottom of a 9 x 13" baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
Step #10 Spread about 1/4 of the sauce in the bottom of the pan.
Step #11 (About 1 1/4 c).
Step #12 Layer 4 of the lasagna noodles on top of the sauce.
Step #13 Dot the noodles with 1/3 of the ricotta cheese.
Step #14 Spread 1 c of the mozzarella over the ricotta & noodles.
Step #15 Spread 1/2 c of the Parmesan over the mozzarella.
Step #16 Repeat steps 7-11 two more times.
Step #17 Spread the last of the sauce over the Parmesan, & then spread the last of the Parmesan & mozzarella over the sauce to prevent it from burning.
Step #18 Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hr & 15 mins, or until hot & bubbling.
