Kittencal's Chili (or Taco) Seasoning Mix Recipe

Ingredients

2 tbsps cumin .
2 tbsps dried onion flakes .
1 tbsp sugar .
2 tbsps beef bouillon powder (or use 2 small packages of OXO or Knorr beef bouillon) .
2 tbsps dried oregano .
2 tbsps seasoning salt .
3/4 c chili powder .
1 tsp fresh coarse ground black pepper .
3 tsps garlic powder (can use more) .
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (or add more to taste) (optional) .
2 tbsps flour

Directions

Step #1 Mix all ingredients together.
Step #2 Store in an airtight container at about room temp or put in the fridge.
Step #3 Shake the bottle before using.
Step #4 Use any amount desired in recipes.
