Creamy Smashed Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 1/2 lbs potatoes, peeled & quartered
  • Dash pepper
  • 1/2 tsp onion salt
  • 4 oz reduced fat cream cheese
  • 1/2 c reduced-fat sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions
  • Step #1 Place potatoes in a saucepan & cover with water.
  • Step #2 Bring to a boil.
  • Step #3 Reduce heat; cover & cook for 15-20 mins or until tender.
  • Step #4 Drain & place this in a large bowl; mash the potatoes.
  • Step #5 Add the remaining ingredients; mix well.
  • Step #6 Transfer to a greased 8-in.
  • Step #7 square baking dish.
  • Step #8 Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F for 30-35 mins or until lightly browned.
