Ingredients

1 c bran buds .
1 tsp nutmeg .
1 tsp cinnamon .
3 tbsps peanut butter .
1/3 c honey .
3 egg whites .
1 1/3 c raisins .
1 1/2 tsps vanilla .
1 egg .
1 tsp baking soda .
1/2 c butter .
1 tsp ground ginger .
1/2 tsp salt .
3 c quick-cooking oats .
1 c brown sugar .
1 1/2 c flour

Directions

Step #1 Cream butter sugar & eggs.
Step #2 Add raisins, oats & bran let sit for 5 min.
Step #3 Add dry ingredients.
Step #4 Drop by tsp onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment & bake for 10 min.
