Grand Marnier Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 c heavy cream .
  • 1 tbsp orange liqueur .
  • 1 tbsp vanilla .
  • 1 tbsp Grand Marnier .
  • 2 egg yolks .
  • 1 c milk .
  • 2 tsps flour .
  • 1/3 c sugar

Directions
  • Step #1 Beat egg yolks, sugar & flour with a electronic mixer until lightly lemon colored.
  • Step #2 In a medium saucepan, heat milk & cream until bubbly around the edges.
  • Step #3 Beat into yolk mixture.
  • Step #4 Transfer to saucepan, stirring constantly, cook carefully over low heat/flame, until custard has thickened.
  • Step #5 Stir in liqueur.
  • Step #6 Serve warm or cold.
