1/4-1/3 c melted butter (you may use use less butter to taste) .
6-7 large boneless skinless chicken breasts .
1 tsp garlic powder (can use 1/2 tsp) .
3 tbsps fresh lemon juice .
3/4 c seasoned dry bread crumbs .
1 tsp dried parsley (optional) .
1 tbsp minced fresh garlic .
1/4 c parmesan cheese .
1 tsp seasoning salt (or use 1/2 tsp white salt) .
1/4 tsp black pepper (can use more) .
1/3 c milk (more if needed)
Directions
Step #1 Set oven to 350 degrees.
Step #2 Butter an 11 x 7 or a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
Step #3 In a shallow dish mix the breadcrumbs with Parmesan cheese, seasoned salt, black pepper, garlic powder & dried parsley (if using) until well mixd.
Step #4 Place the milk in a bowl,.
Step #5 In the small bowl whisk together the melted butter with 1 tbsp fresh minced garlic (or to taste) & lemon juice.
Step #6 Coat the chicken breast in milk (shaking off any excess milk) then coat into the breadcrumb mixture.
Step #7 Place the breasts into baking dish, then drizzle with the melted butter mixture.
Step #8 Bake uncovered for 25-30 mins or until the chicken is cooked.
