No-cook Strawberry Shortcake Recipe

Ingredients

1 quart heavy cream .
1 c sugar .
1/4 lb confectioners' sugar .
chocolate bars .
1 tbsp vanilla .
1 c water .
1 loaf lbcake .
4 quarts strawberries .
1 oz raspberry Chambord raspberry liquor

Directions

Step #1 Cut strawberries in quarters, set aside.
Step #2 Whip heavy cream with vanilla & confectioners sugar.
Step #3 1 case strawberries puree with one c sugar, one c water & raspberry liquor.
Step #4 Cube lbcake.
Step #5 Layer lbcake, strawberry sauce strawberries, & whipped cream; then layer again.
Step #6 Garnish with shaved chocolate.
