• 1/2 c grated parmesan cheese .
• 1 c shredded mozzarella cheese .
• 1 lb mild turkey sausage .
• 16 oz elbow macaroni, cooked al dente & drained .
• 1 c water .
• 1 green pepper, thinly sliced .
• 1 large onion, thinly sliced into rings .
• 3 c prepared spaghetti sauce

• Step #1 Remove sausage from casing & cook In a large-ish skillet with onion & green pepper til browned.
• Step #2 Stir in spaghetti & water & bring to a boil.
• Step #3 Reduce heat & let simmer 10 mins.
• Step #4 Combine cooked macaroni, 1/2 c mozzarella cheese, & all of the Parmesan cheese in the pasta pot; add the sauce mixture.
• Step #5 Turn into a 9x13 glass baking dish & sprinkle with remaining 1/2 c mozzarella.
• Step #6 Bake at 350 degress for 30 mins.
