Cranberry Fudge Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 c powdered sugar .
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract .
  • 1/2 c light corn syrup .
  • 1/4 c evaporated milk .
  • 1 1/4 c fresh cranberries or frozen cranberries .
  • 2 c chocolate chips

Directions
  • Step #1 Line bottom & sides of 8x8-inch pan with plastic wrap.
  • Step #2 Set aside.
  • Step #3 Bring cranberries & corn syrup to a boil in a medium saucepan.
  • Step #4 Boil on high for 5 - 7 mins, stirring every once in awhile, until the liquid is reduced to 3 tbsps.
  • Step #5 Remove from heat.
  • Step #6 Immediately add chocolate chips, stirring until they are completely melted.
  • Step #7 Add remaining ingredients, stirring vigorously until the mixture is thick & glossy.
  • Step #8 Pour into prepared pan.
  • Step #9 Cover up & chill until firm.
