Baked Artichoke & Spinach Cheesy Dip Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 tsp paprika .
  • 4 tbsps parmesan cheese, grated .
  • 1 (12 oz) can water-packed artichoke hearts, drained .
  • 1 onion, small sliced .
  • 2 c parmesan cheese, grated .
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced .
  • 2 c mayonnaise .
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper .
  • 1 (10 oz) package spinach, thawed & drained .
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Step #2 Mix all ingredients except reserved parmesan cheese & paprika.
  • Step #3 spread into a 9x9 baking dish.
  • Step #4 top this with reserved parmesan cheese & paprika.
  • Step #5 Bake until bubbly & lightly browned on top approximately 30 mins.
