Step #5 Add the remaining water (½ c) (NOTE: the dough is supposed to be slightly sticky & watery, not like normal bread dough, so add more water if it's too dry).
Step #6 Place in a warm area (25-35 degrees celsius) & let the dough rise until it has doubled in size or until it has reached the top of the bowl.
Step #7 Knead the dough with some more whole wheat flour (it can take awhile since it's sticky) & shape it into a log.
Step #8 Divide log into 10 pieces & shape into buns/balls.
Step #9 Place buns in steamer & steam on high heat until you see steam coming out.
Step #10 Reduce the heat to medium & continue steaming for 10 mins.
