Step #1 Apple Layer: 2 medium apples thinly sliced 1/4 c sugar 2 tsps flour 1 tsps lemon juice 1/4 tsps cinnamon Toss apple slices in the other ingredients & place on the bottom of an unbaked pie shell.
Step #2 Pumpkin Layer: 2 eggs beaten 1 1/2 c solid pack pumpkin 1 c carnation milk (I used the no fat) 1/2 c sugar 2 tbs.
Step #3 melted butter 3/4 tsps cinnamon 1/8 tsps nutmeg 1/4 tsps salt Combine all ingredients & pour over apple layer.
Step #4 Crumble Layer: 1/2 c flour 5 tbs.
Step #5 sugar 3 tbs.
Step #6 butter 1/3 c pecans Combine & crumble with a pastry mixer.
Step #7 Bake at 375 for 30 mins, then sprinkle crumble layer on top & bake another 20 mins.
