Ingredients
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper .
  • 1 roasting chicken, cut up .
  • 1/3 c vegetable oil .
  • 1 (8 oz) package cheese nips .
  • garlic powder or salt

Directions
  • Step #1 Crush the cheese nips to fine crumbs.
  • Step #2 Place chicken into a bowl & add oil coating each piece.
  • Step #3 Add garlic powder or salt & pepper to crumbs; stir.
  • Step #4 Take chicken out 1 piece at a time & roll in cracker crumbs.
  • Step #5 Place onto ungreased cookie sheet & bake for 1 hr at 350 degrees.
  • Step #6 Turn the chicken over after 30 mins.
