Creamy Seafood Linguine Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 garlic cloves, sliced .
  • salt .
  • 1 tbsp oregano .
  • 1/2 lb shrimp, raw, unshelled .
  • 1 small onion, sliced or 1 bunch scallions, sliced .
  • 1 tsp parsley .
  • 1/2 c butter .
  • 1 pint heavy cream .
  • 1/2 lb scallops, raw .
  • pepper .
  • 2-3 ripe tomatoes, sliced .
  • 1 lb linguine, 1 box

Directions
  • Step #1 Make linguine according to directions on box & drain & keep warm.
  • Step #2 Meanwhile, melt butter in medium saucepan.
  • Step #3 Saute garlic, oregano, & parsley.
  • Step #4 Add sliced tomatoes & onion (or scallions) & let simmer 5 mins.
  • Step #5 Add shrimp, scallops, & cream.
  • Step #6 Cook until fish turns pink & cream starts to thicken.
  • Step #7 Taste for seaoning (may want to add salt & pepper, to taste).
  • Step #8 Serve over linguine.
