Cabbage Beef Casserole (ww 5 Points) Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 1/2 c coarsely sliced cabbage .
  • 1/2 tsp dried dill .
  • 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce .
  • 1 tsp sugar .
  • 1 c tomato sauce .
  • 6 oz shredded swiss cheese or colby .
  • 1 lb lean ground beef .
  • 1/2 c sliced onions .
  • 1 1/2 tsps beef bouillon .
  • 1/2 c uncooked brown rice .
  • 3/4 c water

Directions
  • Step #1 Brown meat & onion & season to taste.
  • Step #2 Put cabbage in greased 9x13 pan.
  • Step #3 Sprinkle top rice over cabbage.
  • Step #4 Sprinkle top meat & onion over cabbage.
  • Step #5 Mix tomato sauce, bouillon, Worcestershire, sugar, dill & water.
  • Step #6 Pour over cabbage mixture.
  • Step #7 Bake, covered at 350F for 1 1/2 hrs.
  • Step #8 Remove from oven & sprinkle cheese over top.
  • Step #9 Let sit until cheese is melted.
