Ingredients
  • 1/2 c whipping cream .
  • 10 (1 oz) semi-sweet chocolate baking squares, sliced

Directions
  • Step #1 Microwave chocolate & whipping cream in medium glass bowl at High for 1 min until melted & smooth, Stirring once.
  • Step #2 (I used a double boiler its just the same).
  • Step #3 Let cool.
  • Step #4 If you need to put in the fridge dont let it set too much, otherwise you'll have a huge piece of solid chocolate.
  • Step #5 Frosts the top & sides of double layer cake.
