Step #1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Step #2 Lightly grease a roasting pan.
Step #3 Mix venison, sausage, onions, & cracker crumbs in a large bowl until well mixd.
Step #4 Add the evaporated milk, eggs, pepper, barbeque sauce, salt, & half of the tomato sauce; mix until evenly mixd, & let this stand 15 mins.
Step #5 Place onto roasting pan, & shape into a loaf.
Step #6 Bake in preheated oven for 30 mins.
Step #7 Spread top this with remaining tomato sauce, & continue baking for an extra hr, until the internal temperature reaches 180 degrees F (82 degrees C).
