Step #2 Spray a cookie sheet with Pam (non-stick cooking spray).
Step #3 Sift powdered sugar & cocoa together in a medium sized bowl & set aside.
Step #4 In a large bowl beat egg whites until frothy.
Step #5 Add granulated sugar to egg whites one tbsp at a time, beating well after each addition & continue beating until it is stiff & glossy (meringue).
Step #6 Beat in vanilla.
Step #7 Fold cocoa/sugar mixture & cereal flakes into meringue.
Step #8 Drop meringue onto cookie sheets using 2 tsps of meringue per cookie - one inch apart making 28 kisses.
Step #9 Bake for 20 mins or until kisses are dry & set.
Step #10 Cool on baking sheets for 5 mins & then remove kisses to a cooling rack to continue cooling.
