Step #1 Over VERY low heat in a non-stick skillet, add the butter & bacon drippings & allow the butter to melt & heat.
Step #2 Crack the eggs into a medium bowl & beat them with a fork for about 15 seconds.
Step #3 Then, add the water & beat them for 15 seconds longer.
Step #4 Pour the beaten eggs into the skillet of heated grease/butter & allow them to slowly solidify over the low heat, turning large chunks of egg as necessary.
Step #5 DO NOT add seasonings yet.
Step #6 Remove the eggs from the heat & plate them up before they dry out! Try them as soon as possible past the "runny" stage.
Step #7 Add the salt & pepper once the eggs are on the plate.
Step #8 After salting & peppering the eggs, add the orange slice on the side as a garnish.
Step #9 Serve with jellied toast or buttered biscuits.
