Saucy Skillet Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients

1 tbsp butter .
1 tbsp sugar .
1 c onions, sliced .
1-1 1/2 tsp salt, to taste .
1/3 c cider vinegar .
1/4 tsp pepper .
1 tbsp parsley, sliced .
4 medium potatoes, cooked, peeled, sliced, about 4 c .
1 tbsp bacon, cooked crumbled .
1/2 c mayonnaise

Directions

Step #1 In a large skillet, melt butter over med-heat/flame & add onions.
Step #2 Cook 2-3 mins or until tender crisp & then stir in the the next 5 ingredients.
Step #3 Add potatoes, cook, stirring constantly; about 2 mins or until hot but do not boil.
Step #4 Garnish with parsley & bacon.
