Ingredients
  • 1/4 c extra virgin olive oil .
  • 1/4 tsp salt (or to taste) .
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper (optional) .
  • 1 avocado (medium to large) .
  • 1/2 lemon, juice of

Directions
  • Step #1 Wash the avocado & cut it in half.
  • Step #2 Scoop out the flesh & put it into the mixer.
  • Step #3 Add lemon juice, salt, & cayenne pepper & mix together.
  • Step #4 With mixer running, add olive oil slowly.
  • Step #5 You many have to stop the machine several times to redistribute ingredients.
  • Step #6 Puree to a smooth creamy mixture.
  • Step #7 Makes 3/4 c.
