Step #2 In 4 quart saucepan mix sugar, butter & milk, cooking over medium high heat & stirring every once in awhile, 10-14 mins until mixture comes to a full boil.
Step #3 Reduce heat to medium & boil, stirring constantly, 6-7 mins, or until candy thermometer reaches 228 degrees F.
Step #4 Remove from heat & slowly stir in the both chocolates until melted.
Step #5 Stir in marshmallow cream & vanilla extract, until well mixed.
Step #6 Stir in apricots, then spread into prepared pan.
