New England Cranberry Orange Muffins Recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c flour .
1/2 tsp salt .
1 tsp baking powder .
1/2 tsp baking soda .
3/4 c sugar .
1 tsp vanilla .
2 eggs .
4 tbsps butter (melted) .
1/3 c full cranberry-orange relish .
1/2 tsp cinnamon .
1/2 c sour cream

Directions

Step #1 In a large bowl mix the flour, soda, powder, sugar, cinnamon, & salt.
Step #2 In another bowl mix together the eggs, sour cream, melted butter, & vanilla; mix well.
Step #3 Make a well in the dry ingredients & add the liquid to it; mix just enough till mixed.
Step #4 Gently fold in the full 1/3 c of cranberry orange relish.
Step #5 Put in paper-lined tins & bake 350 degrees for 20-30 mins.
